How to speed up Android?

1. Cached Data

Android apps are constantly caching pieces of data, which can speed up your phone, but when you are running out of storage, cached data will start slowing up your device.

=> Navigate to Settings on your phone.

=> Tap on Storage

=> Tap on Cached data

=> Select OK.

 

2. Disable Animation

The material theme provide some default animation. If the animation aren't flowing so well any more, turning off completely is better and can free up little processing power.

To do so follow these

=> Navigate to settings on your phone.

=> Tap about phone.

=> Tap the build number 7 times. You will see a message that you have enabled Developer option.

=> Turn your settings and tap Developer Options.

=> Tap windows animation scale and select animation OFF.

Repeat Step 5 with Transition animation scale and Animator duration scale.

 

3. Remove widgets

Widgets are an essential aspect of home screen customization. You can imagine them as "at-a-glance" views of an app's most important data and functionality.

It may slow down the performance of your home screen if you have too many of them.

Drag the widget to remove and release.

 

4. Disable bloatware and unused applications.

Applications whose usefulness is reduced because of the excessive disk space and memory it requires.

=> Navigate to setting on your phone

=> Tap on apps

=> Find the app that you want to uninstall and tap OK.

Repeat the process until unwanted apps are removed.

 

Restart your phone. Your android is smooth to GO.
